What's Euphoria Borealis?

Euphoria Borealis is a Finnish cultural association working in the fields of visual and audiovisual culture. We're a mixed group of young people (aged 18-35) interested in arts and culture in general, both professionals and students. The aim of the association is to encourage, develop and diversify the knowledge and making of audiovisual art.

Created in 2000, our Helsinki-based association has been a member of a European cinema network NISI MASA since its foundation. All of our activities tend to have an international vibe. We organize film related events and workshops in Helsinki, in other Finnish cities as well as abroad. Most of our activities and workshops happen in English. If you want to join us or want to know more, send us some email.

Some examples of past projects by Euphoria:

Since 2011 we've been organizing an International Kino Kabaret - Kino Euphoria. As a result of our Kino activities, over 150 short films have been produced already. Read more about Kino Euphoria.
